Guest speakers Elizabeth Guthrey and Vicky Southworth have both recently completed their own new build homes in Ōtautahi-Christchurch. One used a straw bale construction with passive home certification, and another used a conventional timber construction with a focus on energy efficiency, water re-use and building within budget. They will share some of their experience and answer questions about what worked well for them and what might help others.
The SŌC AGM will be held in advance of this meeting with a start time of 6.30pm.
