A preliminary assessment of the Wellbeing Budget for the Fabian Society Ōtautahi by:
- Kathleen Gallagher – writer, poet, film-maker (and former accountant and tax lecturer)
- Hector Mathews – Executive Director, Māori and Pacific Health, Te Poari Hauora ō Waitaha/Canterbury District Health Board
- John Minto – former secondary school teacher, Deputy National Chair of QPEC (Quality Public Education Coalition) and convenor of the Christchurch Progressive Network.
